Le jeu est très bon. Son aspect sombre, voire morbide nous fait voir le monde d'Alice d'une manière tout à fait innovante par rapport à ceux qu'on a eu l'habitude de voir jusqu'ici. Cependant, il peut se montrer très énervant par moment, la caméra semble prendre partie pour l'ennemi, on n'a l'impres…

Tout comme sa suite, celui-ci a bouleversé en son époque le code de la plate-forme. Une ambiance flippante et dérangeante, mais étrangement attachante. Le jeu reste long, avec de jolies effets.
